Shrimp Wasabi Baguette

This dish combines elements from the French and the Japanese cuisine.

 

Ingredients:

Multi-Grain Baguette (1), Shrimps (12), Light Cream Cheese (2 TBSP).

Secret Ingredient: Wasabi

Total Time: 10 min

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. If using frozen shrimps simply put them in a hot non-stick pan (I don't use oil) and cook the shrimps for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping only once midway.

2. Cut the bread in 4 so that you can have 4 flat pieces.

3. Put the shrimps, the cream cheese, and the wasabi on top.

I like to joke that this is the European version of sushi.
